Oh, and btw, NSAC did do an extra test for PAC and Coward Jr. it was one of WADA's reps that showed up at PAC's house, it wasn't a blood test, but, it was random.

And it was not regulation. Regulation is post-fight for drugs and about a month out for hepatitis. They did that urine test in hopes that it would get the ball rolling on the fight. If a pre-fight test was regulation then he would not have to request it.

Look, when it comes to Filipino reporters, they tend to exaggerate things or flat out lie.

There are decent Filipino reporters but most are greedy. In hostage situation or a military-rebellion stand up, they want to be in the middle of things. When gun shots are fired, they are in the middle of it, kind a like Fox reporter Geraldo, but more extreme.
