      And it was not regulation. Regulation is post-fight for drugs and about a month out for hepatitis. They did that urine test in hopes that it would get the ball rolling on the fight. If a pre-fight test was regulation then he would not have to request it.

            Correct me if I'm wrong, Coward Jr and Mosley signed on to fight with OSTs involved, they knew it was gonna happen. Who the f**k is gonna do PEDs when they signed off on a contract agreeing to OSTs. And, just to let you know, Olympians get tested year-round !!
            That would be the point genius

              Listen idiot, with OST they can turn up at anytime, anywhere and they won't let you out of their sight until they get the samples. With the NSAC test they are given a time and place to go for the test, giving them plenty of time to use things to mask illegal substances.

              OST = random
              NSAC = not

                D*mb f**k, many on here are under the impression that PAC is hiding something because he rejected OSTs. Do you realize how PAC can easily clean out his system if need be.

                  They're random from the moment they sign off on taking OSTs till fight night. It's still not totally random, Mosley and Coward Jr are not subjected to the same year-round testing Olympic athletes are.

                  Hmm, I wonder why they catch alot of PED abusers during their off-season, care to chime in.

                      LOL, first you guys call Pinoy reportes biased, now this one is legit.

                      Look, when it comes to Filipino reporters, they tend to exaggerate things or flat out lie.

                      There are decent Filipino reporters but most are greedy. In hostage situation or a military-rebellion stand up, they want to be in the middle of things. When gun shots are fired, they are in the middle of it, kind a like Fox reporter Geraldo, but more extreme.
