Alot of fighters make the mistake of seeing Hatton as an easier option, but make no mistake Ricky Hatton is one tough cookie but most of all he is the fittest fighter with the most stamina you are likely to see at lightwelter for years to come.

He goes at opponents non stop like a bull terrier from the opening bell til the last.

As for whoever said Maghee KO'ed him (exuse me whilst I laugh)it was clearly a flash knockdown in which he got up in less than half a second from and it didnt really affect the result did it?

Ricky Hatton will fight anyone anywhere and in order to get the Tszyu fight he had to threaten to leave his promoter just to get frank warren to get his finger out and also said he would take a pay cut so dont run away with any notion that Hatton is scared for you might end up eating the contents of his oven(humble pie)

Cotto on the other hand is probably The best all round pugilist that I have ever seen so to say he looked scared whilst watching PBF v Gatti is laughable as he was probably thinking Iwould have disposed of this guy ages ago.Try to remember PBF could'nt miss that night and still could'nt
KO the older less mobile(due to age of course)fighter.

      And Augustus is much improved.

Sure a simple combination is not going to put any fighter down, but done at the right time could be effective

Burton has no chance with Floyd.
Burton is talented, but can't get past a certain level.

Burton takes far too much punishment...and in my opinion Floyd is hitting harder now.

Please....take that back. That is absolutely ridiculous, whether it's "just your opinion" or not.

Say what you want bu the guy has all the tools to go all the way to the hall of fame.

Name a fighter that would beat him coz I dont think theres any would.

He is the sleeping giant and he is the only name you never hear being called out.

But the best part is....he's still improving loads after each fight.

I never said he was better or would beat Mayweather.
Just that Augustus said that is Floyds flaw

You certainly know your stuff... I agree with everything you're saying there. - (I agree too with what you say about Miguel Cotto, I'm in quite the minority with this one).

I'm a Hatton fan, and the one fighter I wouldn't be confident with Hatton facing is Miguel Cotto. All these names they're throwing in the mix at the mo... - Mayweather, Corrales, Castillo, Judah...

                It's Cotto that worries me!

Unskilled brawler?? you confuse skill with dancing around the ring like a ***, just because Hatton like to get into a real fight doesnt mean he's unskilled, Hatton's a perfect example of inside skill and head movement. Your boy Zab has nothing but fast hands, not even a brain.

Thats just way to talk about himself.

everyone has a weakness, Mayweather has a few, mainly his strength, power and the fact he backs up too easily.

Hatton has weakness, i could talk to you about them but its not getting KD'd by Magee. I'm 100% genuine when i say this, Eamon Magee was/is a ****ing good fighter, to call him a bum is one of the worst statements i've ever read.

There's no way he's the best all-around fighter you've ever seen, unless you haven't watched a whole lot of boxing.
He's just coming out of PROSPECT mode for Christ's sake !

Floyd Mayweather would beat him- EASILY.

Cotto is too methodical, he thinks too much, & would be forced to be the aggressor aginst Floyd. You watch how slow Cotto will be to get off, when he faces a boxer like Floyd.
