Obviously, Katsidis isn't as big a draw as Mayweather. But, I think you're missing my point. Regardless of what JMM's initial proposal was, and we've heard conflicting reports come from Arum's own mouth, if Team Pacquaio legitimately wanted the fight, they would have at least made a counter proposal. Them walking after an initial proposal without even making a counter tells me that they had no intentions of making the fight anyway and simply used JMM's first proposal as an out.

The problem is, not only Marquez is the contender... lets try to assume that Arum is telling the truth... First proposal of Marquez is 50/50 and we all know its unreasonable.. then the second is 2x the highest he ever got on a fight... which unreasonable... twice proposal and still junk while the other guy is proposing with sense... which will you entertain on the negotiating table?

If ONLY Marquez propose slightly reasonable to Pac, then we are on the same page, **** Arum and Team Pac! We want Pac-JMM! but if any of the two above proposal by Marquez is reasonable to you, then get your self a doctor.

Who got more on Floyd's fight? JMM or Mosely? those fights are within 8 months so no other factors that will affect the $$$.
