Former three-division world champion Shane Mosley has been selected as the opponent of choice when pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao returns to the ring on May 7. Mosley confirmed the news to Lem Satterfield of AOL Fanhouse earlier Tuesday evening (Satterfield is also the News Editor for Boxingscene.com).

Was just going to post this. Going to be a WAR for 2 maybe 3 rounds, and if Manny isn't taken out by a hail mary, then the inevitable will kick in.

I love how people think this isn't going to do well on PPV. I'm pretty sure we all know 100% it won't do better than Mosley Vs Mayweather, but I bet it'll break 1mil ppv buys.

If you don't believe Pac is that big of a draw by himself then your kidding yourself. No.. it's not just going to be Filipino's buying this and not just "Casual" boxing fans. Die hards are going to buy this because they know they're watching an ATG in Pacquiao.

Deny it all you want. Once the numbers come out it will be over 1m.
