Pac beat them in such one sided fights that it has completely negated the 'they are too big for him' factor, so that's why the Mosley fight isn't great because even his superior punching power won't make any difference.
LMAO@ Clottey & Margarito were "dangerous".....

how? Who have either of these clowns beat?

Have they ever sniffed the P4P list? Margs best win is a win that is tainted...

    Clotteys best win is vs.........uh.....uh..ummm

Great, so why did he fight over '47 last fight and, if this recent statement from Prince appears to be true, will be fighting over '47 again, and at a catchweight in which Roach has stated they'd never do again?

The Cottey deal was done before the Cotto fight began, much like the Margarito deal was done before the Clottey fight began, much like the Mosley deal was done before the Margarito fight began. Notice a pattern???

Margarito was comign off the devastating KO loss to Mosley. Clottey is irrelevant because he hasn't had a single meaningful win in his career. As for Margarito. If Pac would have fought Margarito coming off his win over Cotto. Yeah, he gets full props. But waiting until he's coming off a KO loss takes a lot of the luster off od his performance.
Are you honestly saying that the 2011 version of Mosley is any different then the 2010 version that Mayweather fought?

Mayweather gets more credit since Mosley was coming off the Margarito win (even if it was over a year since that happened), but he is the same guy. It's not like Mayweather ruined him, same dude that fought Floyd, fought Mora and will fight Pac.

The other points are not worth discussing, you can believe what you want to believe about his opponents.

So by that logic, Mosley wasn't washed up and shot when Mayweather beat him, which is contrary to what riders think.

LOL@ that above...basically you just OWNED yourself. You said a Morales who was washed up and coming off of loss put up "The Best Performance" of his life vs Pac... & Pac still was outboxed by this washed up EM

if this fight continues, i will be hoping this flops on the business side. this is just ridiculous. Pac fighting Mosley is already disgusting and now he wants to fight him at a catchweight again.

Im now wondering maybe Pac really is not that good as people hype him.

**** and this is coming from a big Pac fan

I understand your POV. But, your way of thinking devalues the most important thing that happens in a boxing match, and that's the result. In a boxing match, there's a winner and a loser. And in an era where the top fighters are only fighting twice a year, I don't want to see them fighting guys coming off loses. If Pac was fighting 4 or 5 times a year, cool. But he's only fighting twice and he spent all of 2010 fighting guys in the loser's bracket and starting off 2011 the same way. When is the P4P King gonna step into the winner's bracket?

How can you fight for a 154lb title when your a smaller fighter but you make the BIGGER fighter weigh the same as you? Advantage who?

Are you a Manny Fan or a boxing fan? RULES ARE RULES man.

Would you give Mayweather credit if he fought Martinez for the MW title at a 153lb catchweight?
Exactly. Most great boxers can amass strings of knockouts at lighter weight classes, but as they move up, they box their way to victories because they can't dominate with the power that they had at lighter weights.

To answer your question, not a soul on here would give Mayweather credit if he did something like that, point blank. 'Pistol Whip' would be amongst the first to question it.
