Can Floyd beat the 10 count from a Khan body shot?

I remember a while ago Roach answered a question put to him by a viewer while on ESPN. It was time back, I think after the Pac-Hatton fight, but before Pac-Cotto.

A potential Pac-Mayweather fight was discussed and the viewer asked how they'd get around Floyd's shoulder roll. Roach said (I'm paraphrasing, it was a while ago) that it wasn't a problem and that Pac would smash Floyd's body to bits.

I assume Khan will be given similar tactics. He has the speed and offensive framework. And at 147 I'm sure his speed will be almost the same, if not the same. And he will carry more power.

It's a very real possibility that some will land.

So how will Floyd cope?

Beat the 10 count and spit balls of fire (like Naz predicted against Mosley)?

Roll on the floor shouting no mas?

Floyd would take it like a man and would refuse to go down like a p*ssy-licker. Can't say the same about Maidana.

Lets rememember these couple facts:

1. Floyd is known for making adjustents
It would be interesting to see how Khan reacts to Floyds adjustments. On paper, it doesnt look good for him. Ask JMM, arguably the best fighter today at making adjustments. He couldnt do it.

2. Roach talked about a Floyd-Pac fight, not a Floyd-Khan fight. Things to compare here are Khan and pacs styles, stances, power, and experience. At the end of the day Khan is not Pac.

3. Floyd has taken bodyshots from much harder punchers such as mosley, judah, castillo, hatton, and lets not forget the tremendous body work that DLH did on his body.

4. Besides the two body shots in the maidana fight, i didnt see much significant body work from Khan. He should have done more.

Yes, he would land to the body in a fight with Floyd, but i dont think this would give mayweather as much problems as much as his speed.

Amir is right handed and Pac is left handed so what they would do to get around Floyd defense would be a bit different.

Not to mention the size difference and overall style would also play a role in how they would try and deal with Floyd. So if you give Amir the plan he had for Manny he would fail just on the fact that is not what Khan does and beating a guy like Floyd not fighting your best way is hard to imagine.

That also isn't giving Roach much credit since it assumes he would try to do something so foolish.

mayweather wont be able to hurt khan. Khan has better handspeed and footwork than mayweather. Mayweather would lose by late round stoppage or decision.
