Personally i think the first knock down was NOT legit.

It was a Pile Driver to the back of the head.

Grey area or not, the referee should NOT give those as Knockdowns, as he should discourage the boxers to avoid hitting that area....

It was a knockdown, they were both throwing wildly and hopkins dipped his head down( like he always does) and caused the shot.

I rarely agree with you on anything but I do agree with you on this.
Also, if Bernard didn't want to get hit behind the head then he shouldn't be bending over the way he did. As a fighter, you are going to punch what you can hit.
Now if Pascal would've intentionally hit him behind the head it would've been a different story. I thought Hopkins won but two KD's is gonna make just about any fight close.

Depending on his view though, to him it may have looked legit. To me, the ref did a fantastic job considering he had who guys in there swinging for the fences early.
