Any1 who loses a pts decision to juan diaz sucks. Maidana > katsidis.

No disrespect to Khan. He's a talented athlete. Has great skill set, and is fast.
Amir Khan got a huge beating, and in the late rounds when it was ACTUALLY him taking all the shots, he RAN to the finish line, he couldn't wait for the fight o be over! . Marquez went down from a huge punch, but he actually fought back with balls to stop Katsidis. When you get hurt, do you run , or do you believe in yourself to stand and fight.

Also all the credit to Katsidis. True worrior. After loosing a brother, he still continued on with the fight. I believe he even missed his brothers funeral. This fight was important for him. Brought the fight to Marquez, gave as good as he got. Wish him well, he sacrificed alot for the fight, for us the fans! Cheers from latin america and all boxing fans around the world

. And HUGE RESPECT to Maidana as well. I though he put up one of the most impressive performances based on pure WILL and determination. After being down by a bodyshot, and then for nine rounds straight he took every punch Khan had, taking 5 to land 1, chasing him all over the ring, and there comes a lovely right hand that gets Khan twitching. and Just puts a huge beating on Khan, who was content on winning, even if it meant running.

No offence. To any fighter. It's just the way i saw it.

I got no problem with Khan running, especially when he knows he can't take risk getting another powerpunch from Maidana while he's ahead on points..that's his style. Besides maybe he learned from the Breidis Prescott fight.

I don't want to give an opinion on who's more deserving to take a nod because first of all it's not that prestigious... it's just laike the WBC Diamond belt...it looks good but does not mean ****.

I like JMM more than Khan, not saying the other has more skills than the other. But that like everybody else, we have a preferred fighter that we like to see get a recognition they deserve. As for me there is no reason to cry over who gets what.

not really....the way maidana cut the ring off and was succesfully catching khna whos got a very good footwork showed how skillfull he is....i was expecting khan to outbox maidana pretty easily but the darting in and out strategy was netralize becuase of maidana's adaptabilty....he showed very good ring iq there, sadly it was just not enough.....a guy like katsidis would'nt have done that!

Maidana hits harder but Katsidis is the far better pressure fighter.

Either way, I think that Khan deserved the award over my boy Marquez.

Katsidis is c class fighter who was KO by Casamayor and beaten by Diaz....Marquez beat both Casa and Diaz and still fought Katsidis for nothing instead of fighting Soto and Guerroro...Marquez is fraud....

like craig was told by his dad, son you win some and you lose some but you live to fight another day. all kidding aside both men are deserving and some one had to win it( this time it was amir). it could have gone either way and the decision if fine by me
