Why would they need to ask for testing if they fully trust the NSAC?

Maybe because Pac has fought in Texas in his last 2 fights which i believed they did not require testing and Texas drug testing might be lax compare to NSAC.

Even if Roach did not say Mosley needs to take drug testing, the fight will be in Las Vegas, meaning under NSAC. NSAC does drug testing, even in MMA.

Why ask for testing at all if Roach and Manny don't even know what steroids are?

And how could they be satisfied with current testing when Shane's beaten it already and admitted to juicing in the past?

How could they know for sure Manny hasn't been on steroids if cheaters have beaten the current testing before?

The only thing interesting I read in that article was Benevitez being released because it was hard to deal with his dad.

I don't blame Roach for asking for a drug test. Mosley already has a history of using something at least one time. Pac shouldn't have to be worrying about PED's being an issue. Better to go into a fight with a clear mind.

If they fully trusted NSAC there would be no need to ask for testing.
