well shane has never been caught and if it wasnt for him admiting noone would ever known. he never failed a test which is why there is many loop holes in the system. he never failed a test but its known he was using roids for however many years. he was never caught

There is a bit of irony here but the fact is Roach has a basis for asking Mosley for the test being that he admitted to using in the past. Floyd's reasoning was because Pac looked too good not because of any failed tests or actual evidence.
