I don't know if its a change or not. I don't pay much attention to who has posted what, but I would like to at least commend u for having SOME semblance of fairness in your posts in this thread. I am more a fan of FMJ than Pac, but if FMJ is full of it, I will say so. I wish there were more "*******s" that were like that. Grand Jury.....look it up son!!! Also look up the powers a grand jury has. Shane was never caught. Vic Conte was, and Shane was associated with Conte as were many people. Association does not equal guilt in the eyes of the law. There was indeed no evidence against Shane Mosley. He never failed any commission mandated test (how could he with Conte running the show against a system he describes as garbage and wide open enough to drive a truck through). He admitted to taking PED's after being subpoenaed by the grand jury.

It was either lie, rolling the dice and hoping Conte didn't implicate him as a client, or tell the truth and take his medicine then and there, rather than serve time for perjury (at a grand jury testimony no less).
