Dawson is a bad style matchup for Hopkins.

Everybody who knows boxing knows this.

Hopkins gets beat when the opponent is bigger than him AND FASTER than him. Dawson is both.

Not to mention Dawson is extremely technically sound in his technique and a SOUTHPAW.

If Calzaghe can slap Hopkins around like a weenie, just imagine what the much bigger, much faster Dawson will do to Bhop. Bhop already saw this thats why he avoided Dawson.

Personally I cannot blame Bhop. He deserves some slack and full credit for fighting Pascal on his hometown.
