No, most speak Flemish (Dutch) and judging by his name that's what he speaks. Incidentally, he scored the first round 10-9 Pascal instead of 10-8. If he had done 10-8 like the two other judges then it would have been a split draw.

i can't beleive hopkins got robbed like that.. i don't think pascal won any rounds after the 4th.. hopkins broke him down mentally and pascal beat his self physically by fighting to hopkins pace
