So does this make Joe Calzaghe's win over Hopkins look even better?

I was thinking the same thing when i was watching this fight.
I think it just shows how good Calzaghe really was. Although that was a really close fight that couls had gone either way, Calzaghe was never in a position of being dominated or feeling uncomfortable with Bhop, unlike evrybody else that fights him.
Bhop is a great champion and schooled Pascal last night. The draw was only a fluke because of those 2 strange knockdowns that gave 10-8 rounds to pascal.Comment

OK daggum. Name a fighter who landed more against Hopkins than Calzaghe did?
It certainly wasnt Pascal
Not Jermaine Taylor....
Calzaghe did the best job of putting that PED user on his ass. Ive never seen Hopkins fake so many injuries in one fight. He was flustered and bedazzled against Zags.Comment

Uh no. If you know anything about boxing at all, it's obvious B-Hop beat Calzaghe. IN MY OPINION, only liars and racists think Calzaghe won.
Well okay that's ridiculous. That's like saying the Holocaust didn't happen. Which isn't all that surprising coming from some people.Comment

calzaghe barely landed who you trying to fool compubox boy? those stats have been proven faulty in the video breakdowns. only an ignorant fool would keep quoting them as fact.OK daggum. Name a fighter who landed more against Hopkins than Calzaghe did?

i would say pascal did a better job since he actually used punches not low blows to floor him.Comment

Is that the best you can do? Hopkins' head was sent to one side by the right-hand. This shot forced Hopkins to retaliate so it is effective work.nah hopkins got the better. hopkins landed 2 rights and the right hand that "rattled hopkins jaw" was nothing more than a tap. 2 solid right hands thrown with full force is beter than a little right where he already had his arm extended. and hopkins was already holding before the "body shot" tap even hit him. in terms of number of punches landed in that exchange i would say about equal but obviously hopkins were harder. that's my opinion anyway. i'll take 2 straight hopkins rights to 1 calzaghe hook and a body tap. that constitutes better to me.
In that exchange Calzaghe landed 3 good shots to Hopkins 1.
Either way that body-shot landed and it hurt Hopkins. He hugged Joe to recover and Cortez eventually had to drag him off.
You acknowledge that the shots landed but the video fails to mention them. I thought these videos were supposed to flawless and credible.Comment

3 good shots to 1? what are you seeing because it's just not there. he landed that right hand with no leverage and that is it. hopkins landed 2 straight right hands with full leverage. look at their body positions. hopkins is getting full power in his punches when he throws calzaghe is off balance. that body shot was a tiny tap and it didn't hurt in the slightest. they were already hugging at that point. how could he be hugging to recover before the body shot even lands makes no sense. hopkins landed a couple of his own taps to the body right after that anyway so if you are counting those hopkins landed more but those don't count for much. in this exchange the meaningful punches were hopkins landed 2 right hands with full leverage and calzaghe landed 1 punch while off balance. thus he got the better of it. it doesn't mean calzaghe didn't land anything. Is that the best you can do? you have to be unbiased here. if you think a little tap to the side of the body in the clinch is a debilitating body shot then you probably aren't going in the right direction.Comment
