if you really want to judge a fight based on numbers go back and count it yourself. that's the only true way to ever know how many punches someone landed. some clown with parkinsons holding the calzaghe button down nonstop isn't an accurate depiction of what's really happening.

well i can guarantee you any non biased person who watches the videos i posted would change their mind. it's hard to see what's really happening when you sit ringside or if you aren't paying attention fully. some people got it wrong. no shame. let me guess you haven't watched the videos yet but continue to defend calzaghe? wouldn't you at least like to see the truth? you would probably be less inclined to defend him then so yea better stay away.

How low was it? It was a pretty hard left that hit him in stomach and forced him to hold. If it was a 'low blow' then Hopkins would have something to complain about.

So you only count shots that meet your approval? This is why these videos are a load of garbage because you are only giving your take on the fight. You should anlayse all the action objectively as it unfolds.

I'm not 'reaching for anything to discredit these videos.' I just see a lot of good work by Joe being ignored. Such as:

With 8 seconds remaining in RD 6 Calzaghe lands a straight left to Hopkins' face. Why is this not mentioned?

I can do this for several other rounds.

it hit him in the right thigh at least 6 inches below his trunks. you can see the impact point the way his trunks ripple. it was not in the stomach at all. reaching very hard. i would classify that as low yes and according to the rules it is low as well so i don't count that as a scoring punch.

not every hopkins punch is mentioned either. some things were obvious and don't really need to be mentioned or replayed. you ultimately make the decision. if you need to come up with phantom body punches to make you think he won that's fine. do you seriously think calzaghe won round 6 even with that low blow counted as a legit punch?

i already have posted part 1 and i thought people would be able to easily find the other parts but maybe some people aren't as smart as i thought. you want me to post all 6 parts in this thread?

you calling me a ****** and you haven't even watched all the videos? yes i am non biased when it comes to scoring fights. i score the round to whoever landed the better punches, better defense, etc... not who threw more. hopkins won pretty clearly. i can see a close scorecard but no way can i see calzaghe winning 7 rounds. just not there.

i mean come on now. if you want to say he forced the action or some mumbo jumbo about hopkins panicking fine but don't lie and say he landed the better punches. hopkins landed not only more but his punches had more steam on them obviously. calzaghe off balance flailing punch gets more credit than a properly balanced right hand or left hook counter? do you know anything about boxing? yea watch out for that deadly slap furry at the end that was a big points grabber lol.

please tell me which 7 rounds you gave to calzaghe so i can laugh.
