Athletes are supposed be more complete in their sport at that time in their life.

Manny simply gets crucified by it from a segment of fans,

while Bernard just gets over looked for being extraordinary at a much later age.

    Its quite odd.
Yes sir, but when you do some physically amazing ****, it automatically becomes suspect. That's just how it goes, but nobody looks at Hopkins like "Holy ****, what an amazing display of speed and power and overall athletic ability!" lol. So yeah, I'm somewhat justifying people suspecting Manny over Hopkins, although I do recognize the double standard. It comes with the territory of being the best, lol.

P.S Also, let's acknowledge the likelihood of Mayweather bringing this whole thing up just for an advantage. I mean honestly, he had a 38 year old Shane Mosley go through this ****, not because Floyd thought it was absolutely necessary, but he wanted any mental advantage he could get.

Manny is in his prime. Hes supposed to be doing amazing things.
Bernard, is arguably undefeated for the last decade. Hes 35 to 45 in that span.

C'mon Bernie, get your company to lead the charge to better testing methods. You guys were all up on the random blood testing tip for quite a while. Lead the charge into a new era and make the sport better.

Not yesterday. Noway a 45 year old looks that way without juicing.

          Its funny how suddenly,

being su****ious about performances isn't so popular any more.

Manny in his prime, between the ages of 27-32, knocking guys out, like he always has, "wow, nobody has ever done that before, he must be on something".

Bernard, past his prime, between the ages of 35 -45, winning in dominating fashion, like he always has, "its just because of his skill and conditioning, he dedicates his life to this sport".

Hopkins relies on technique and defense, along with setting everything up. manny is based on speed and power. Two different things.

Arguably has lost only one fight in the last decade. (Many felt he beat Taylor both times).
Always looks to be in top shape, even with a bigger head.

I would expect this from a Raiders fan since you players used to cheat in the 70's and 80's. You saw greatness last night.

Hopkins also relies on strength to push his opponents around.

Yea, Manny does rely on speed and power, so why is that a problem again? Hes been doing it forever. Why is it a problem when hes at his physical peak for him to be doing what hes doing? Hes barely 32. The way people talk about Manny, you'd think he was 42.

They both dominate in two different ways, so tell me,

what looks more su****ious, the guy who is barely in his early 30s, knocking guys out like hes always been,

                or,

the guy who is in his 40s, dominating younger foes with strength and guile?

If you have to suspect one, you must suspect the other, styles be damned.

I don't see Bernard offering to do any extra tests, but he sure was part of the crew who wanted Manny to do it.

Why wouldn't we question someone who has done time in prison?

Those are the very first people we should look at, they got locked up for a reason and it wasn't because they were following the rules.

So why arnt you questioning if he's still committing armed robbery which is what he went to prison for instead of something you have no bases for?
