The Loi 101 isn't unconstitutional since it is in application. No law that is against the constitution can be applied. I am using an English keyboard right now, and bought it in Quebec. And you make no sense. "Sony is a japanese and english company" Which one is it? was it created simultaneously in Japan and in the USA/UK/Australia? And if I go to Toronto, can I get a French keyboard on my laptop? No, despite Canada is supposed to be a bilingual country.

Even in trying to correct me you are wrong. Dallaire isn't Dutch. He was born in Netherlands. His father was Canadian and his mother was from Netherlands. He arrived in Canada when he was 6 months old and was raised in Montreal. He was a General in the canadian army and now is a canadian Senator.

Maybe the other provinces have more water than Quebec does... together. I think you underestimate how big Quebec is. There is 40 trillion cubic feet of gas under the land in Quebec. And I don't count how much there is under the St-Laurent river and the St-Laurent Gulf.

The fact that the globe is in English is the reason why the Loi 101 is necessary. Without it, companies would make their publicity in English, work would all be in English and before we know it, everybody speaks only in English and we lose our culture. BTW, a lot of English words come from French, so I wouldn't call it ugly if I were you...

The Parti Québécois isn't the government, how could they raise taxes? The road condition isn't great (due to climate mostly), but better than it was a few years back. But what does it have to do with anything?
