I was speaking of Manny fans in general.

You said that Manny doesn't beg in response to me giving my opinion that he should wait to see what happen with Floyd and his legal woes...what did you mean when you said Manny doesn't beg?
I can not say wheather Manny will agree, I don't talk as if he will say so, but I also turn it on the other way, and this does not also mean Floyd in vacation wants Manny until he says so aswell.

Ok on that Manny fans in general.

In terms of begging, he should not put his boxing career on hold for anyone, but himself. He has expressed his want for the Mayweather fight recently, saying he may retire, but wants Floyd, but if Floyd does not want it, he will fight whoever.

He won't go out and call people out.

Manny does not think of Floyd like the Mayweather's think of Manny.

They talk of him, where as he rarely talks of them.

unfortunately for your idol, with all his motormouth reputation, has remained silent all this time...he's not talking.

now you want pac to wait for him? classic ***** logic right there...just pure fanboy stuff without any respect for common sense.
What? Fanboy because I want two of the best fighters to fight each other? Fanboy because I would rather Manny at least weigh ALL his options (making the fight the fight that EVERYONE wants to see) as opposed to signing to fight SHANE MOSLEY IN DECEMBER but they won't be scheduled to fight until MAY 2011? Fanboy because I don't want to fight Manny fight Shane Mosley NEXT YEAR!?

And, YOU, please don't mention common sense, please.

didn't you see the point i raised? you want pac to wait for floyd...for what? pac can wait but is there really an assurance? nothing because that assurance should come from floyd but he's not talking.
this is not about pac fighting shane...i hate that matchup either. everybody want to see pac-floyd but floyd fucked up with his personal life. when is he going to fix that? only floyd knows the answer and yet you want pac to wait for him? if that's not fanboy stuff then i don't know what that is.

So, he would be begging by choosing not to sign the fight with Mosley and waiting to see what happens with the guy that EVERYONE wants to see him fight? I don't understand of that as begging. Again, he doesn't HAVE to wait. That is just my opinion on the situation.

And truth be told, he isn't doing the fans or his career a favor by fighting Shane at this point, I mean, it is what it is. And, I think the majority of fight fans understand this.

You must have not been following Manny lately. He isn't a huge trash talker by now means, but he has "called" Mayweather out so to speak.

Manny will be given names to look at, 3 names that have called him out.

            Mosely, JMM and Berto.

A PPV fight needs time to get made, but Manny also has his own work to do as a congressman. It may seem easy to be in politics, but everyday you have things to deal with.

Again, Floyd has not just one, but many legal issues. Waiting for him could take how long?

I am sure if Floyd or his team made contact with Arum, something would be in the picture.

Remember it was Floyd's team who said there were no 2nd negotiations and then the HBO guy came out and said actually there were.

Um, to see what happens with his legal situation. I've only been saying that for the whole thread. And, PLEASE read and understand my CONTEXT. IMO, he would be better off waiting to see what happens with Floyd's legal situation AS OPPOSED to signing in December to fight Shane Mosley in May of 2011.

And, what is so "fanboy" about it? His promoter said that was their plan of action ANYWAY...guess Arum is a fanboy too huh? Not only that, but that doesn't seem that what he will do. Mosley it is.

Yes for Manny that is begging. He does not call people out.

A man who is on the street begs for 1 dollar. A businessman begging for a loan begs for 100k. Still begging either way.

Maybe that is a strong word you are right, but that does not stop the fact that Manny does not call people out.

Yes I have seen Manny get asked about names and saying I want this guy and that of course. However he doesn't do it out of his own mouth, but in reply to.

As for Shane, I hate this fight too. Shane is old as ****, and not exciting enough. The fight may not be decided in December which you have to understand. Manny is given the details on the money and who from now because Arum is in the Filipines for his birth day.

My point is, Floyd's name is not in a realistic picture now. Until he says I am back in boxing anyway.

If the word begging annoys you too much, then I'll change it to he doesn't call people out, and wait on them. He holds a lot of cards now.

What I want to know is, where does it say Pac is or has to sign in December?

I know he will be given names etc... but that doesn't mean he has to or will sign, although he still could.
