It is not a 100% fix even if they said no cut off date though is it.

If Floyd really wanted it, after the Marg fight he could have said let's make a deal.

He has not, and has not shown any enthusiasm for boxing.

Uh..again, did you read anything I said? The dude has some real legal issues right now. I think its obvious that he is going to tend to those before he makes a decision about boxing. And, Manny is a congressman, but do you really think he is THAT busy in congress? Again, he is not fighting until May, that should be MORE than enough time to see what comes of Floyd's legal issues, AS OPPOSED to signing to fight Shane NOW in December (which I'm almost sure he will do) to fight him in May of 2011.

He said... read it, it's interesting. He wanted no cut fof at first and they wanted 2 weeks. Nothing wrong with no cut off at all IMO, but you can not force someone to do so.

Right, no one tried to force Manny to do it. It was an OFFER and Manny rejected. So, if they were to start all over, its a zero day cut off. Do you see Manny agreeing to do the testing with no cut off?

that's bull**** right there. it's very easy for floyd to say "hey poochiao i need to settle my legal issues first but if you can wait i'll deal with you and kick your ass after i'm done with my **** stuff".
