I'm certain that they already have their opponent. They won't fight until May, why select him before the year is out? Why not wait to see what Floyd's situation will be if that's the fight they want, and the people want?

I agree with you Vincent, but that would make too much sense to actually wait for a month or so since he won't be fighting until May LOL.

IMO, saying they won't announce the opponent for a few more weeks is a ploy to keep people hopeful and talking about it. I think we all know who the next opponent is going to be. A certain someone is already figuring out what percentage of his check he is going to have to pay his ex-wife in alimony.
