The magazine comes from America, what do you expect?
I don't know why I buy Ring Magazine anymore

Good to know, they already own Maxb.o.x.i.n.g., and dog****.....their everywhere these days with their bias bullcrap. lolI stopped buying Ring, it's expensive here in the states too.
There just isn't the quality writers it once had, and it doesn't cover the lesser known fighters and up and comers the way it once did.
And the writers who were once considered good have all become GBP fan boys.
Even with that said, there really isn't many boxing magazines anymore. So at least there trying?Comment

But he was a top Welterweight for over a decade. He fought hard fights, unlike Haye who doesn't seem to like threats. From Cunningham at CW to the Klits at HW.
Cotto is a better win than anyone on Hayes resume.
Oh yea, one thing, I actually like Haye but I'm down to my last string of being a fan of his for the pussy shit he pulls over and over.Comment

Margarito also lost to Clottey and Daniel Santos, don't lie.But he was a top Welterweight for over a decade. He fought hard fights, unlike Haye who doesn't seem to like threats. From Cunningham at CW to the Klits at HW.

Basically how it goes. An American boxing magazine is biased towards its own fighters and fighters based there. A British boxing magazine is biased towards its own fighters and fighters based there. I am sure it is the same everywhere.Comment

Mormeck in France wasn't a tough fight? Valuev in Germany wasn't a tough fight? Cunningham would've got stopped early. But he was a top Welterweight for over a decade. He fought hard fights, unlike Haye who doesn't seem to like threats. From Cunningham at CW to the Klits at HW.

But I agree, Haye needs to fight a Klitschko.Comment

Last time I checked, it was a robbery. Nice try, but judges don't mean ***** today either. Nor does your opinion on prospects since your a die hard Margarito/Canelo fan LOLComment

Do you really think wins over Harrrison, Ruiz and Valuev should really earn him anything more than a 56 ranking and even if you eliminate margarito and clotty he's still only ranked 54. hell Wlad and Vitali were barely ranked 51 and 52 last year and they are the best 2 boxers in the division.I've been buying Ring Magazine for about since about 2008. I used to look forward to it coming out every month even though it costs the equivalent of about $8 dollars here in England, but now I'm getting a bit fed up with it. The articles are still great but the rankings and covers are pi$$ing me off. Manny seems to be on the cover every other month and I've just bought January's issue today and in the Ring 100, David Haye is ranked number 56! Behind the likes of Antonio Margarito, who's a proven cheat. Joshua Clottey who's best win is over a bloated Zab Judah on a cut. Sergio Mora, Tomasz Adamek who is a good fighter but didn't achieve any more than Haye did at CW and has beaten no-one at HW.
Anyone else getting tired of The Ring?
Calm the *** down! In 2008-2009 Haye got several covers and got plenty of love from the ring but after two years of tippy toeing around Vitali and Wlad he should feel lucky he's even in the top 100 of the ring rankings.
Stop acting like The Ring didn't try top make him into the savior of HW boxing for a year and a half! In fact it's my guess you just got the magazine 6 months ago.Comment
