I guess we're pretty unanimous. But the question is, at 33 can Mosley make a run to make his chance of Hall of Fame more likely?
If Shane Mosley was to retire tommorrow...

He beat Delahoya the first time clearly and that is a meaningful win.Originally posted by ThaGreatest_NKShane Mosley doesn't really have even one meaningful win on his record that wasn't a robbery..
Mosley hasn't done anything for me to think he is hall of fame bound but I'm sure he will find a way in.Comment

No because he is going to lose to Margarito and Judah if they fight.Originally posted by ImSoFlyyyI guess we're pretty unanimous. But the question is, at 33 can Mosley make a run to make his chance of Hall of Fame more likely?Comment

That is the best way to put it now, he needs some more big winsOriginally posted by ImSoFlyyyI guess we're pretty unanimous. But the question is, at 33 can Mosley make a run to make his chance of Hall of Fame more likely?Comment

I kind of thought so as well, but he does have 2 losses more but De La Hoya was also a true future hall of famer, which Mosley has clearly defeated once, and the other was really disputable.Originally posted by THE TRUTHMosley because of his wins over Oscar and the reputation he built...but neither are hall of famers.Comment

Ken Norton never won the Heavyweight championship. It was handed to him after Ali was stripped for fighting Spinks. Holmes beat him in the title fight.Originally posted by ThaGreatest_NKbut Ken Norton beat Ali and gave him fits in all his matches..and was 2 time heavyweight champion of the world...
I was kind of being tongue and cheek with my Norton comment. Comparing Norton's fights with Ali to Mosleys against Oscar. In other words, neither guy did anything except having a great fighter's number.Comment

I just hope gets his speed/reflexes/power back in the 140 lb division. If he does, he should have no problem getting big fights and winning them.Comment
