only thing i can count on with hopkins, is a foul filled, garbage fight where he doesn't decisively win, but wants to cry robbery when the judges don't see the fight his way...

Pascal is very overrated, he has a lot of technical flaws and only fights in bursts. His biggest flaw is his tendency to back away from exchanges with his hands down, Dawson had no business losing to that guy in the first place.
I hope Pascal wins, but its going to be a very competitive fight

Most likely because a significant number of boxing fans/journalists and others disputed both decisions at the time and still do to this day.Doesn't matter if you think Taylor won both fights,alot of people didn't.That is why both decisions were controversial.

I hope Pascal knocks out the racist bigot Hopkins. Hopkins has been a boring 10 punch per round fighter since he beat Tito Trinidad. He gets by with being the most boring fighter out there. He is the most inactive active fighter in the game (even Shannon Briggs throws more punches than Hopkins). Let's hope the Executioner get's executed once and for all...

hopkins has technical flaws as well...if you are fearless enough to exploit them, and i believe pascal is...in hopkins world, headbutts, lowblows, and rabbit punches count for legal punches...doesn't mean he is actually going to be competitive on the scorecards...if pascal fights smart, he can win this thing easy...

please man you are exaggerating the number of people who felt hopkins won either of those fights...most people i talk to felt taylor closely won the first, and clearly won the rematch...doesn't matter though, hopkins lost on the judges cards and thats what you have to go with...they don't have categories for "controversially lost"....lol

I think that Hopkins might be able to time Pascal as he rushes in and maybe time him with something as he backs away. I also think his going to "force" pascal to step outside of his comfort zone and take the lead. Calzaghe forced Hopkins to work, which is how he outpointed him. Hopkins wanted Taylor to burn himself out hoping to come on strong when Taylor faded, a bad strategy. Which ended up with him giving away the first 7-8 rounds in both fights.
