Montiel can punch, but has a poor defence......too straight and lacks head movement...

montiel defensive skills are abit underrated.just look at hasegawa's fight, hasegawa barely landed a clean punch on montiel, he manage to land a few but not that much. the boxer who gave montiel a hell of a fight in z gorres has better fundamentals than donaire with close if not equal to speed, plus gorres has more activity and movements than donaire, but yet doesn't have the power to hurt montiel which donaire is capable of. i think its still 50-50 but i pick donaire on this, but it will be a tough fight for him for sure.
