Prime Oscar would have beaten both Pacquiao and Floyd.

If the guys that were around when De La Hoya was in his prime (Prime Mosley, Quartey, Whitaker, Trinidad) were around now I'm pretty sure Pacquiao wouldn't be hanging out in welterweight and flirting with higher weights.

Oscar is greater at WW. But he can't sniff Manny's fart in terms of P4P greatness.
Absolutely not a single ounce of truth in what you have just said.

P4P Oscar is far greater. Oscar never took an easy road, as Manny has done, and don't forget, Manny doesn't have legit wins over Marquez. They have a huge black cloud over them, as really the only people who believe he won are *******s and a couple of crooked judges. Every media outlet and ringside observer scored it for Marquez, albeit a few didn't.

At 140 or 147 Oscar knocks him out. Manny has not fought a live opponent and the best win on his record is Barrera. He will need more than that, as history is not blind to fighting competition at the end of their rope.

Oscar has a past it Whitaker, and people claim JCC was washed but I think he still had a lot of juice left, Oscar just wanted it more.

Don't forget, Marciano doesn't get a lot of credit because when he beat Moore, Louis, Walcott, etc because they were old and at the end of their careers. History will not forget Manny taking the easy path either... The difference between him and Marciano is Marciano fought the who's who and didn't duck top contenders to fight old names, he fought them all, it was just a faded division.

Oscar is a legit ATG and he has one of the greatest resumes in history. He had a couple of bogus decisions in Tito and against Mosley, but the man fought every top contender at the top of their game.

Oscar was masterful, I love watching him box.

Manny just isn't on his level. Manny is hugely overhyped, but Oscar backed it up everytime he went into the ring.
Really? He should've won against Mosley.

I agree. One of the judges even scored the fight for Oscar when he fought Floyd.

Pacquiao always loses on Fantasy Fights but wins on Reality Fights.

              Close thread!

You don't know this because you don't really watch boxing, but Oscar's left hook is one of the best of all time, and this would be a fight that would be stopped in Oscars favor, or would put Manny on his back for 10 seconds for a legit KO.
