hes taken a lot of damage in his young career, thats for sure. either he tighten up his defense or hes gonna have a hard time getting very far. that is indisputable.

people fail to realize just how brutal an amateur career can be. all the gym wars, the amateur fight schedule. Its brutal on the body. this is coming from a guy who fought a fraction of the fights khan must have.

No he's young, he doesn't need to many fights like that, maybe a slightly easier one for his next fight, and then unify against most likely bradley, which I think will win or lose will also not be as taxing, though im convinced khan will beat bradley by decision, bradley will bring the fight and try and pressure him but khan will catch him coming him and win a close decision in another exciting fight.

Maidana landed 2 great overhand right shots in the first 30 seconds of round 1 and was landing clean shots in every round. Khan took a real beating in that fight and maybe his youth, freshness and conditioning got him out of him.
