Not only did he take a beating in the 10th round.....but he took heavy shots from round 1 to round 12 that is not being talked about. Maidana landed 2 great overhand right shots in the first 30 seconds of round 1 and was landing clean shots in every round. Khan took a real beating in that fight and maybe his youth, freshness and conditioning got him out of him.

i'll be honest when i saw him taking those shots, i thought i would see more threads posted saying has khan had stuff PUT IN HIM by Ariza & co...thankfully not

i dunno ...we have to see how he looks next fight. the answers will all be there. i think he is going to blossom after this fight...i think this his confidence will be sky high and we all know a man with confidence is dangerous. we wait and see if its taken out more then its put in...but i dont think so. he was only 24 last week...he's still got youth on his side yet

He's ok for now. thats his only slugfest he's been in. Now if he keeps having them, they will start to add up.

Yeah, it'll take a little out of him.

We'll have to see how he does the next couple of fights. But he probably took more punishment in that fight than Mayweather has in his entire career.

It's called building character and gaining experience, while learning from mistakes.

Mtagwa gave Juanma a bad beating and he looked ok against Rafa so I say there really isn't much that got taken out of khunt...just a learning experience.

Two different fighters, not everyone's body responds the same from a beating.
