Pascal's punches too openly. Eventually Hopkins will catch him. I have a feeling this is gonna be an awesome knockout.

honestly i'm not gonna watch this mess...i'd rather see pascal, cloud, and dawson in a round robin of sorts, hopkins winning by any means would be the death of the division, but i'm willing to bet that hopkins doesn't throw or land anything until the 10th round, he'll land 2 punches in the 11th and 12th, he'll lose and secondzout, streetbully and nasa000 will be crying robbery and getting the excuses ready...

I can't say I disagree. I didn't want this fight to go on in the first place because it's a waste of a Pascal fight and Pascal has a good shot at losing to someone who probably will hold the belt hostage and makes for **** fights.

This coming from someone who actually likes B-Hop, but there comes a time when everyone should hang them up and when you can't get through a fight without initiating 20 clinches a round, it's time.

A Cloud fight would've been a recipe for FOTY. A Dawson rematch would have been good seeing as how the first fight ended before it should have and when Chad was coming on strong. It is what it is though, Pascal chose his fate.

I'm gonna go out on a limb, I think RJJ made that a very difficult fight for Hopkins to look good in because he pretty much used his speed and defensive skills after the first round and went into a survival mode trying simply to go the distance with Hopkins. For his part Hopkins took the bait and didn't fight good at all against that style.

Stylistically this fight favors Hopkins, Pascal is very full of himself right now and although his aggression was impressive in spurts against Dawson, it was also very risky and sloppy. If he tries to unload with sloppy 4 and 5 punch combos wildly chasing Hopkins he will get walked into something and stopped or at the least get hurt and get on his bike.

To be fair as good as Pascal looked in the Dawson fight it can be said that Dawson looked to me to be completely lethargic, too big to for Light heav. It was very strange, when he decided to be aggressive he beat Pascal silly but then he would shuffle around and let Pascal push forward firing first.
