Pascal's punches too openly. Eventually Hopkins will catch him. I have a feeling this is gonna be an awesome knockout.

I'm calling for a Pascal victory. I always wanted to see Dawson fight Calzaghe, Jones, or Hopkins a couple years back. I thought Dawson had good speed then at 175 until seeing him fight Pascal this year. Pascal has awesome speed, quick on his feet, high work rate and great ability to be evasive as was Khan in his fight against Maidana. When Hopkins does his signature lunge forward leading with his head, Pascal will shuffle back and throw hooks to Hopkins head. Hopefully Pascal will be in good enough condition to run backwards all night cause he will be doing a lot of shuffling back. If the fight goes inside, I'm giving the advantage to Hopkins.

expect B.Hop to put on a performance for the ages...he's due for one, plus Pascal presents the PERFECT style for B.Hop to shine....his hunger and youth should make it a good scrap...but at the end of the day....you'll hear "and NEW"....

please man pascal isn't two divisions smaller, or a slow, plodding come foward fighter....this ain't a blown up middle that nardo can clinch, lowblow, and rabbit punch to another nauseating victory...

i've never seen hopkins win against good boxers his size with equal talent who are not intimidated (jones, calzaghe, taylor 2X) outside of the part-time movie actor tarver...i'm just glad pascal didn't decide to shoot a film before the fight...

Pascal's high workrate is a myth.

I've seen all of Pascal's fights at 175 and a few at 168 and he does not have a high workrate. He averages 40 punches per round (give or take a few), he threw less punches than a tentative Dawson. Hopkins averages around 40 punches per round, so the pace won't be a problem.

Pascal uses his quick feet to move laterally, explosiveness to get in and get out, and his fast hands to let go 4,5,6 punch combinations, but then he needs time to rest and recover to be able to do it again.

I expect Hopkins to shutdown Pascal's offense. The problem I see for Hopkins is that if he's not able to land his power shots, he'll get outpointed by the flashiness of Pascal.

RJ showed that B-Hop has a ton of problems getting his offense going when his opponent is feinting and counterpunching. Hopkins hates getting hit or even threatened of getting hit. All RJ had to do was feint, pose, and strut to keep Hopkins guessing. Pascal does all that, what he doesn't do too well is counterpunch. Pascal can only win this by a close decision, B-Hop can win this going away fi he is able to land clean, we'll see on Saturday.

pascal has been hit numerous times by punches harder than hopkins can throw.
feel it will take multiple hopkin punches over an extended period of time for hop too wear pascal down.

hops punch output is so low it seems like a pipe dream to think he could come thru.
expect an ugly fight by bernard.

honestly i'm not gonna watch this mess...i'd rather see pascal, cloud, and dawson in a round robin of sorts, hopkins winning by any means would be the death of the division, but i'm willing to bet that hopkins doesn't throw or land anything until the 10th round, he'll land 2 punches in the 11th and 12th, he'll lose and secondzout, streetbully and nasa000 will be crying robbery and getting the excuses ready...
