I didnt even see the video of the trainer but Cortez was awfull. He took a point with no warning for an elbow that didnt even land on Khan, elbow may have hit Cortez. Since when cant guys punch out of a hold? Maidana consistently had 1 hand free and Cortez would break. Cortez did all he could to make sure it would be fought in the style to benfit Khan. Very good and close fight but this is why boxing sucks. If the ref isnt in the promoters pocket the judges are.

Throwing bombs way after the bell rang on the 10th round hitting behind the head multible times when cortez called BREAK. Out of nowhere maidana has to be allowed to be a dirty he had his **** coming the cayo fight knocks him out after 2 seconds when the bell rang on the first round why?????? Because he felt his punches not only that he gets the point for the knockdown on the ortiz fight hitting behind the head also.

Just look at his previous fights you will see the pattern that when he is in trouble or getting beat trys to come out with something dirty. He knew it was his only chance to beat maidan on the 10th and continue hitting him after the bell had rung he should of either get dq or a point off because if cortez was fair like he said he is he should of dq him the say way he dq humberto soto plain and simple so ***** crying maidana supportes stfu and be at least glad that maidana got dropped at the end of the first round because he barely survived and got up of that body shot.

What this fight proved was khan is not that strong of a puncher
Maidana is an overrated dirty ass fighter with just power and that ortiz is a stronger puncher than khan
