Khan was circling around the ropes last night, he clearly didn't fancy any shots from Maidana... but I don't think he has that problem with Bradley, he'd fight in much straighter lines
Anything at distance and I don't think Bradley can cope with Khans offense.
The slow footed Maidana was able to close the gap, Bradley's gonna get to him. Also, those 4-6 punch combinations aren't gonna fly against Bradley, Bradley IS a much better counter puncher than given credit for. It'll be interesting. All I know is that if last night's Khan shows up against Bradley, Bradley got this.

Bradleys counterpunching up close is excellent
I just think Khan's too big
We'll see... should be a good scrap if it's made next year.

Bradley would get dropped by some of those shots, and even if Maidana has slow feet, he isn;t as wild as Bradley. Throwing 4 or 6 combo's like Bradley tries to do gets himself countered.

Also running to Khan's shots hurt a lot more than slowly plodding to him.

Bradley counters with that right very well, but IMO he is just as open in the middle as Maidana, and a double jab deals with him.

Roach told Khan during padwork not to double jab for Maidana. Not sure if that's why he didn't jab so much or what.

I can only think Khan was a very lucky boy last night. He looks to vulnerable for me despite taking alot of blows and damage in the process of winning the bout. If Maidana had that little extra last night I felt Khan was out of there, what on earth was he doing taking those uppercuts by Maidana?

Sometimes you got to be thankful for small mercys because had Marquez been in there last night, Khan would have probably been knocked out.

I was surprised how well Maidan's jab worked later in the fight
He was basically leaping in behind it to stop Khan catching him moving in
Bradley can definitely learn from that.

Erm JMM's style is nothing like Maidana to get Khan like that.

Nor is his power that great. Katsidis has been dropped and TKO's by an old Cassamoyr.

Katsidis is open like a fridge in a fat man's house.

JMM is dangerous, but IMO he would take a beating.

Khan is too big, which for me, he struggled with Mayweather's range and speed more than anything.

Infact JMM style is perfect for Khan to potshot and set up his shots.

Khan "faught" pretty with his Pacquiao-like combinations. The only things missing were:

                • JABBING and learning how to CLINCH.

Otherwise, he can keep on pounding on Maidana. Khan's is inviting Maidana to come in without the jab as a defensive technique. THen doing the Clottey Turtle Shell but inadvertantly porous is a mockery of it...

But aside from that, he "whupped" Maidana.

Floyd could have beaten Marquez with his jab alone in their fight
JMM doesn't look good against opponents who box him from distance, especially now that his footwork is not what it once was.

Joel Diaz has helped control Bradley's wildness and it's showed. He's a lot more controlled now, and I'd never say Bradley is more wild than Maidana...no freakin' way. I like Bradley's head/ upper body movement, the fact that he likes to dip low; which gets his opponents to open up. Khan is the bigger, faster and better puncher...but Bradley's more versatile.

Khan's ring IQ is just plain abysmal.
