I would strip the belts from Zab and have the #1 and #2 contenders fight for the belt. If Zab doesn't respect the belts, kick him to the kerb. If Zab wins or loses at 148, Zab is NOT the 147 champ.

Anyway, I think it's all a negotiating tactic for Zab to get a bigger cut. If this fight goes ahead at 148, it's a joke. Don't misunderstand, it's still a great fight at any weight, but boxing just doesn't need this BS. It's a farce.

Its understandable that these guys want to fight eachother for big money and create a buzz for this fight.

The bottom line is that they dont want to fight Margarito, hes too tought for them. Way too much risk, not enough money.

Mayweather: "Judah and King reneged on their contract two minutes after they sent it!"
        By G. Leon

August 26, 2005 - Undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather confirmed to **********.com that Zab Judah has indeed signed an agreement with his promoter Don King to make the mega-fight that entire boxing world wants to see this November. Much to our surprise, Mayweather also informed **********.com that "two minutes after we get their signed agreement, we get a letter from Don King saying to basically ignore the document they just sent and to consider it null and void. It's like I said, Zab Judah is a coward. He's telling you look no further than my managers desk, well he should look no further than his promoter. What kind of games is this guy playing? Who is he trying to fool man? Do you want to get punished again for these millions or what? Get you business in order, because I ain't playing no games. Just sign the contract so I could punish you again. I already know Zab is scared of me and this kind of stuff here only proves it to the world. Don't send contracts through and then renege two minutes later, that sort of stuff doesn't go over well with the fans, so you should look no further than your promoter becuase he's making you look like more of a coward than I already know you are." There will be much more to follow so stay tuned to our front page at all times. (8:00 PM EST)

Hey Bozo. Who do you think is going to win this fight if it takes place? And in what fashion?

I'd rather see either of these two guys get in their with my boy antonio margarito, he'll fight cheap and i really believe he has the chance to be great, seeing how he ws able to hurt and brawl with 170 pound daniel santos makes me think these guys can't stop him. I also want to see how he does when he faces the very top tier.

I don't think so. PBF will beat Margarito in his sleep. Why would PBF move up for Margarito, no one knows Margarito, that fight will not sell & it will not be a PPV fight. Dude, are you drunk or something.

                      I agree.

When making deals, there has to be a compromise. According to Superman, Floyd wanted more of the money. Now you cant have more money and the titles and the venue nd the weight all down to one person. I dont think it is unreasonable to take away the titles if Mayweather is simply trying to outprice the fight. Which he obviously is by the sound of this.

Its up to Mayweather now, he has to take the double money or turn it down. But why would you turn down double money. Scared?
