Overrated, his claim to fame is mickey rourke and Pacquiao. Pacquiao is mostly Pacquiao because of his natural abilities(things Roach did not teach him). I reckon any elite trainer would have taken Pacto where he is today because he would still have the speed, power, and athleticism. Even today Pacquiao still makes alot of technical mistakes but he has been in there with the right opponents.

Its a trick "point". How can you have a rebuttal to a poster who is pointless?
Walk it off J Ro. from the block. Marc is calling. Dont take him serious Gore.

Again He had world titles before anybody has heard of Pac.

So to say Pac made him is quite bit ridiculous.

And the improvement in pac has more to do with facing comeforward brawlers and no boxers.

No classy boxers there unless I'm missing something.

Its like this 90% carefully selected opposition, 10% improvement.

Match him up against anyone who could box like JMM or Floyd and he looks like a 1 handed amateur again.

I'd even pick Khan to clown him.

match up JMM to other best counterpunchers in the business & he'll get exposed too

                  Chris John, MAB, Floyd

he also looks good fighting forward fighters

                  Pac, J.Diaz, Katsidis

Lol... before Pac he was known for training Tyson and Toney late in their career after they already learned how to fight.

what an absolutely ignorant, ******, & pretentious posts. Only in the internet can a highly successful renowned & decorated hall of fame trainer who has trained more than 20 champions can become overrated. I dont even think you believe this garbage but only post this crap to elicit a slew of responses in order to get your rocks off flaming each one of them.

The TS fits the profile to a T of pathetic internet warrior losers who have accomplished very little in their trivial & uneventful life & turn to internet message boards & demean discredit people that are the complete opposite of them; rich, famous, & successful, & try to masquerade as some all knowing sage when in reality they are the exact opposite.

A lonely overgrown infant whose opinion in his real life is marginalized so they come to the internet to compensate for it. Roach is a renowned boxing trainer & there's nothing you can do or say to change it.
