Every expert questioned on the issue of random blood testing has confirmed that they are absolutely essential to catch athletes who cycle ped's whilst using masking agents to pass urine tests.

Only a dishonest arsewipe would question why somebody asked, but ignore why the other guy refused.

Shane Mosely, among others, was testing with urine and didn't get caught. Manny su****iously refused the blood tests with BS excuses. He can clear his name by taking the tests.

In my opinion, blood testing for the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is more important for detecting possible blood doping or use of EPO than it is for human growth hormone. Measuring hematocrit levels (percentage of red blood cells to total whole blood volume) is very important. For example, even without a positive urine test for EPO, cyclists are temporarily suspended for two weeks if their hematocrit is greater than 50%. An elevated hematocrit can provide a significant advantage to a fighter by enhancing oxygen uptake and utilization. This would benefit a fighter in training and especially during the later rounds of a fight."

And yes, Manny "padded" Pacquiao is a hype-job, because he will not fight a skilled boxer or counter-puncher, he will not fight anybody who is on top of their game, and he will not fight anybody unless he has a distinct advantage.

1.) Manny Pacquiao is a coward for claiming to be an 8-division champion, and yet being too scared to EVER fight an actual JMW oppenent.

2.) Manny Pacquiao is also a coward for ducking Mayweather back in December, either that or he is a steroid cheat. He didn't want none of Mayweather or the tests, thats for sure.

There are two reasons to demand a catch-weight, either you are not good enough to compete with that fighter at his natural weight, which is fine..... or you are attempting to drain him to gain an unfair advantage, which is cowardly. Team Pacquiao tried to drain Cotto, because Manny had already fought at 147.

However, wasn't that about "the Clean and the Clear"? The suppossed Victor Conte designer PED which was undetectable (at least, in the past)?


What I'm trying to say is that, if anyone used a designer PED which was undetectable... it won't matter much if it was urine or blood.
