Comments from all parties shows that, 24/7 had ppl openly saying Freddies like a father figure to Manny.

When Khan had visa issues he said how Freddie was with him at all times as more of a trainer, but friend.

I think that's what keeps the two of them working so hard in the gym at times. Could back fire but it doesn't, the bond Freddie has with his fighters is one of the key reasons he's the best trainer in the world right now.
