Comments Thread For: Roach: Amir Khan Knocks Marcos Maidana Out Within Six

This weekend much will be at stake for WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan, who faces off with murderous puncher Marcos Maidana at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. It’s hard to think of many fighters with as much potential and star power as Khan and an impressive victory over his rugged Argentinean foe will seemingly set the table for a huge 2011.

The Round Cayo and Ortiz, the two undefeated prospects, went down in.

    When in doubt, Peddle Amir.

id like to see floyd wash pacman up already, hopefully next fall and possible again in a rematch in spring of 2012, then he can wash up amir in the fall of 2012.. amir is good, but no match for mayweather.

                1. Ortiz wasn't undefeated
                2. Cayo is crap
                3. Khan isn't as dumb as both to stand and brawl with maidana

Actually does anyone know when the last time Freddie lost a high profile fight was?

The last two I can think of were:

                  Penalosa-JuanMa
                  De La Hoya-Mayweather

I can see it. Depends on how confident Khan is in coming forward. This fight is as easy as he wants it to be.
