here you go from another ped expert.

      Q. Whats the point of a test if they wont release it. They release test results at the Olympics so why not here

      A. Due process. If there's a positive test, the fighters are entitled to due process before any punishment is levied. If a positive test is leaked before the results are official, the fighter will have been denied due process. But if nobody is ever suspended or has a hearing, then it's pretty safe to assume that everyone passed their blood tests. It becomes a matter of public record once due process is final. But every state has its own way of handling the issue.

you know I don't know what Freddie saw

here is the full release to be posted on bscene shortly

According to Sergio Diaz Jr., co-manager of Antonio Margarito, the results from Margarito's drug test from his most recent fight on November 13th against Manny Pacquiao show that Margarito is 100% clean. Due to Federal and State Law, Texas will not release with consent which Diaz plans on doing today with the results to be released by Top Rank shortly

Far above being a fan of Manny, I am a boxing fan. I do not like this consent needed thing before results are released. Consider the blood tests as a roll of the dice. Under no circumstances should consent be needed or bad behavior would never come under public scrutiny.

It is probably nothing, but it sure does not look good on Manny's team delaying this.

There is no deal. No one is dumb enough to fail this test.

So here we have Dan Rafael being cognizant of the fact that this is a process that takes time and actually explaining to process to the casual fan.

As much as this reply kills this thread for now....leave it up to the PED gurus to twist this to fit an agenda.
