        They only do it when they have reason for it. I am not sure if they had reasons for other fights.

        But, with the whole hoopla that Roach did prior to fight with Margarito(the irony right?) taking a drug test. That gave Texas a reason to give both a test after the fight.

              i just realized sumthing.

              this "test result" ...is it from standard boxing drug test procedures? or is it a BLOOD TEST???

                It's a post-fight, sanctioning body test. Easy as pie.

                      I believe people should focus less on "Pacquiao" and more on ethics in the sport of boxing. There should be a certain code of ethics, and that boxing commissions (ABC, Association of Ring Side Physicians, BPA etc) should begin promoting a unified standard for all states.

                      People tend to forget that it's the boxer's life that is at stake here, and that everything else should surround the safety of the fighter. "Protect yourself at all times". That is, states like Texas that refuses to give results are acting unethically because they are not providing transparency simutaneaously promoting deceit.
