I highly doubt that Texas is going to let Manny pop up positive on a test. His fights are great for their economy. Negative or Positive, they ain't gonna say **** unless somebody makes them.

The point I was making is that Texas will do whatever it feels like and could care less what others think.
If they don't feel like releasing the results to some fat **** like Rafael.....they won't do so.
That's just the way Texas has always been. If you disagree with that....then you don't know how things work here.Comment

I think your post would have been more credible if you hadn't posted with a "Top Rank" alias. I mean if you are affliated with Top Rank then by all means state your opinion however, it's just that you represent an inherent conflict that commisions are trying to work out like the B.P.A.
Good point, looking back at his point did seem odd with that moniker.Comment

say wat u want, but if that doesnt make u look twice then ur just a tool. and why are we talking about his next fight??? the point stands that at the time when he was at the highest leve of scrutiny, he fought in a state with lax and controversial standards on drug testing.
hey, im not saying he took anyything, what im saying is it should make u look twice.
Eh...There was nothing wrong with fighting in Texas. If I was handling Pac career I would of had him fight in Texas as well...
MGM was holding March 13 for Floyd, You don't worry about taxes in Texas, got a huge ass stadium, Jerry Jones wanted a boxing event.
At the time it seems like a no brainer to fight in Texas. And, they had success.
Yes, out of all the high profile boxing commissions, Texas and California are the worse ones. New Jersey and Nevada are the best IMO, with NY coming in 3rd. However, at the time Texas seemed like the obvious choice for many reasons. Like I said if Pac was clean or not if I was in charge I would have done the same thing.
Plus is nice to have elite fighters fighting out of Vegas for once, not in a casino but in a stadium. Is just different atmosphere.Comment
