From what I've noticed, Pacquiao is only known/famouse for a few things...

1. That fighter who refused a drug test.

2. That fighter who won a bunch of titles, and refused a drug test.

3. The LIL Asian fighter that won a bunch of titles, but refused a drug test.

4. The LIL Asian dude who went up all those weight divisions, and in a short period of time and destroyed much bigger guys. But refused a drug test.

5. The guy Mayweather was scared to fight, cause he refused to take a drug test...

The words (Drug Test) will be Mannys *, until ofcourse he takes the test (And performs at the same level)...

Pacquiao is famous right now in the boxing world. Not more famous than Ali. Actually super casual boxing fans that I have talked to, mention Mayweather and that "when is he going to fight that Chinese dude". They just can't look in to google and check where Pacquiao is from

Believe it or not, but Ali was actually quite well known, especially amongst the sports fans, in the Soviet Union. He was actually considered a hero for standing up to the US government. I doubt pacman has the same exposure in Eastern Europe. He is definately a big name in Asia though

Refusing a drug test is no more embarrassing than
demanding the most stringent test ever demanded
in the history of boxing based on false accusations
made by the Crackhead brothers. Man, that's plain
cowardice.

I really don't know why *****s can't give this up.
If I were a ***** I would even hide this ****. It's
embarrassing. But *****s are still lucky. People just
brush it aside because its childish. How can you even
assume using ped will make you a champ? That's
