If he wasn't so old I would say that staying active and winning could get him back to where he was but decent fighters on the way up aren't going to want to take the risk because he is still so unknown.

He was on HBO and if he looked good or at least won against Litzau if I remember right he was supposed to fight Gamboa, he blew it.

I guess he could fight Ricardo Cordoba again.

I think the only ones that were being "bait" was those who jumped on the hype of Caba trying to bait Juanma which did not happpen as Juanma was right all along and time prove it.

Caba though...why can't he fight as calm and collected in sparring as he does IRL? No legs, too wide and just clumsy in a real fight. J. Mayweather needs to step on the gas when in training so all these mistakes don't creep up when the lights are on

Keep in mind that it was at 130 though. He didn't look as good there. Maybe he didn't take him serious, who knows. It's his fault if he did and deserves the loss.

Didn't see that but it should be interesting because Caba will throw enough slaps that will be countered and we should have a good amount of action.

He would have to be fighting every couple months and looking good for ppl to start talking about him fighting a top FW though.

The Floyd Mayweather effect - The threats are identified, excuses are prepared, time is purposely wasted, threat eventually loses, dismissed as bum or never a threat, would've been a KO in a fantasy fight. Rinse and repeat.
