That's the best possible compromise- Arum gets to milk Cotto-Margarito in the Spring and then the winner gets Martinez in the Fall while Dibella gets to pretend he's promoting the fight. Meanwhile, Martinez gets time to raise his profile and get a tuneup. Works out for everyone involved.

So the real question is, who should Martinez fight in the Spring?

Ideally, it would be Pacquiao at 154 on HBO PPV in Vegas. Followed by Cotto-Margarito II at the same weight, PPV in NY or NJ. Winners fight eachother, same with the losers in the fall. Arum would LOVE that.

But Pac-Sergio isn't happening. So who's out there that he can fight at 154-160 that would garner fan interest?

Surprised at arum. Takes a real f.ighter to take the Martinez challenge and that is Miguel Angel Cotto. **** pacquiao and mayweathers b!tch asses If he wins both fights next year he will once again be top 5 p4p, and fighter of the year(probably) only downside is i really like Martinez.
