Pac is asking a 135 lber non WW titlists to fight AT 147
Pac is asking a 154 lber former titlist to fight AT 147 when he himself didn't win the WW title AT 147.

The point is, its not Pac's perogative to accomodate anyone. Just like how Floyd Mayweather made Ricky Hatton or JMM move up to welterweight because he was the draw, the money maker, the p4p no1.
