Based on what people are saying about him, he should have lost ten times over.

    But he didn't.
Except that he busted the shit out of him three times in the first round, and broke his nose in the same round.

He was in a perfect situation but squandered it, you can call it what you want I am sure Pacquiao does not remember that situation fondly.

That's official. That's the record books. Regardless of what goes on inside you're mind.

2.) If you want to play that game, and not go by official records - Marquez beat John. Watch the fight. All John did was run around the ring and potshot Marquez with jabs, while Marquez landed the more telling blows, and should've been given the decision.
Actually, there was an error in the judging in the first fight, go look it up. Pac should have won that fight by a point.

And it's also OFFICIAL that Pac KO'd Morales twice and it doesn't matter what excuses you have in your mind as to why he lost the third fight.

It's also official that Marquez took what he thought was an easier fight after the first Pac fight instead of immediately rematching Manny.

Marquez has a history of making bad decisions, he needs to accept a reasonable offer and the fight will be on. Pac will KO Marquez in the 3rd round and we won't have to keep having these arguments.

        Pac already beat him twice.

Marquez`s not a draw and he`s asking too much $$$.

        Marquez`s a crybaby.

Top Rank and Golden Boy doesn`t like each other.

Your title is the utmost misleading of all. What do you mean "why doesn't Pacquiao want to fight Marquez?"

They fought 2 times (in my book 2 wins and very close) and Marquez declined a 3rd one to fight Chris John from Indonesia.

Way to make this against Pacquiao whereas Marquez took himself out of the equation most specially fighting Chris John.

I don't think in that light that he deserves a 3rd fight while asking for a split on the money. That's illogical.

i think pacquiao won both fights 2 but if anything, he settled the debate by winning the rematch.

                  .
Okay, so he just barely won both fights? Why not have a rematch and set it straight? I think Pacquiao would stop Marquez if they fight again. Let's fookin 'ave it?

That John fight was YEARS ago.

                      don't get it twisted
                      not against this fight whatsoever
would love to see the crybaby silenced once and for all
just saying it isn't warranted at all, Pac owes him nothing
he tried twice and came up short twice
above 135 this match is not competitive
but it's better than Mosley so do it
