If they agreed to it why wouldn't he just say so? Why would Koncz risk his job by lying and making Pacquiao look bad? Use some common sense will you.

Pacquiao has convinced the boxing world that he wants the fight..
While Mayweather has gone through HELL to avoid it from happening...
If anyone feels otherwise, than they are blinded nuthuggers..

As for the 14 day thing its messed up PBF said no as a fan but I also understand where he is coming from.
I see that as if I am selling a car for $5,000 and you offer $1,000 and I say give me $2,500 and you walk away that $2,500 offer is no longer valid that is just basic dealings with most people. Then months later you come back to me like ok I will give you $2,500 you can't be mad if I say **** no. I really wanted $5,000 and I gave you a chance at a cheaper price and you said no. So it is now $5,000 take it or leave. Why should I entertain any other offer that is not $5,000 if that is the only amount I am willing to take. To the consumer that seems ****ed up but to the seller that just good business.
Just the way I see and I could care less who the masses think is wrong or right just make the ****ing fight happen is what is most important.

Kind of ironic...
have you read the interview?

Koncz : 7 day cut off
Arum: 14 days 50/50
There doesn't seem to be any clarity in their camp as to what they "agreed" to.
