Don't begrudge a man for using what he has. At the time, GBP sold the fact that they had Oscar/MAB/Shane/Hopkins/Etc.

...and they were good salespeople in promising Boxeo del Oro, etc.

We may not like how it went down.... but sales and negotiation are components of business - IMPORTANT components. And to say that Oscar doesn't know boxing when he has clearly forged and maintained stronger relationships than Bob is crazy.

Hell, Bob spent years not even SPEAKING to Greenberg. That is (in part) why fight dates like the Cotto/Marg double-bill ended on SHO. How smart is it to alienate the most powerful benefactor in your industry?
