Mayweather is back tracking, he clearly said he didnt want Floyd to fight Pacquiao because he Pacquiao had missles in his hands which would destroy Fraud. Pacquiao already agreed to random drug testing so whats the holdup? Floyd is scared thats what.

14 day cut off was enough when Mayweather demanded it. Pac called his bluff and went down to 7 day cut off. suddenly 7 days is not enough. so who said Pac doesnt want OST? Floyd is not interested fighting Manny. its as clear as a water. even a blind can see it. how can PEDS help u if the training session is almost about done and they tested again just right after the fight? FLoyds team is not negotiationg with Pac's team.

This is the truth. FLoyd has a history of being scared. He asked the ref in the hatton fight to protect him from Hattons dirty tactics. No one hatton had ever fought had asked the ref to watch out for Hattons tactics.
