Comments Thread For: Lewkowicz, Arum Will Attempt To Save Cotto vs Martinez

Although BoxingScene.com's Rick Reeno reported late Tuesday evening that an earlier discussion between promoter Loud DiBella and Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum had reached an impasse, Arum said that he still might consider hearing what boxing adviser Sampson Lewkowicz has to say with respect to a potential March showdown between WBC middleweight champion Sergio Martinez and three division world champion Miguel Cotto.

Cotto beat Foreman while Martinez beat Pavlik and Williams... so i guess Cotto should give martinez a break and let him have the percentage he's asking for and if he beats Martinez then he can have the right to be a hardliner on his demands. I love this fight to push through and the winner gets to have a shot at vengeance with margarito.

Lekowickz isn't on the same level with Arum, if it was Don King talking to Arum, I think the deal has been done!

Cotto should just accept the deal. If he beats Martinez he will be in possition to fight pac or floyd.
