forget that, i'm not a Cotto fan but correct me if im wrong! Cotto deserves a big percentage of the money because Martinez won't generate as many fans as Cotto will! plus lets face it Martinez is a solid middleweight now not a jr middleweight anymore! therefore i think Cotto is better off fighting Margarito in a rematch that everyone wants to see and will most likely make both Cotto and Margarito way more money and set them up for a Pacquiao rematch or a Mayweather fight or any big fight out there!

Martinez will undoubtedly push him to the edge but as a cotto fan, I'd like to believe that the logical thing for Cotto to do is exorcise the demon of Margarito FIRST, the 1* loss thats been eating away at him and his followers for too long. Sure you might argue that they're not the same fighters--but I think everyone agrees that Cotto deserves this rematch. To me it's watching one of those epic fights that take on a life of their own. Can you imagine the 24/7 for this?? This is waaay bigger than the 2 men in the ring..
