Incorrect, and considering who he's been fighting since 2004, he has only himself to blame for being put in a position where any of these fights are that close to begin with.
I thought he deserved to lose to Holyfield for the way he fought. Even DiBella (Oquendo's promoter at the time) agreed with the decision and criticized Fres for basically fighting scared.
The Toney fight - no question Fres was robbed. I don't deny that at all.
The Mormeck fight was close and probably should've went Fres' way, but again... he had no business letting it be that close in the first place, much less on the road.
Fres just always struck me as one of those guys who would rather have something to ***** about than to actually take matters into his own hands.Comment

There comes a point when a fighter has to look in the mirror and acknowledge what they're doing wrong. Oquendo surely isn't doing enough if he keeps losing decision after decision.
I did not expect McCall to win this fight. He has shown poor form for a while now while Oquendo hasn't decisively lost to anybody in recent years, but again the more aggressive fighter prevails. Good win for old Oliver McCall.Comment

What's he been saying?
I gotta be honest, I didn't see McCall winning that fight last night. Oquendo is probably bitter after being burned so often.
That being said, it was a ****ty fight and a sad statement about heavyweight boxing in America right now.Comment
